Todd Benedict
Nutrition Coach/Personal Trainer
My own personal journey into adulthood opened my eyes to the importance of a healthy active lifestyle. I was overworked, overstressed, overweight, and out of shape. I was basically miserable. I began exercising and trying to eat better but found myself endlessly confused with all the miss-information out there. As I educated myself, I began to change my life in ways I never thought possible. This is the driving force behind my decision to change careers, return to college for another degree and put myself in a position to truly help others. I focus on providing science-based information that can be applied to everyday life. The human body is very complicated, properly feeding it does not have to be. I strive every day to create the “best life” I can for myself, and the people around me. Healthy eating habits and proper exercise is an integral part of that process. Guiding others along their path to achieving their “best life” is one of the greatest personal rewards I have every experienced.
