Our friendly and knowledgeable personal training staff will guide you through vigorous workouts, monitor your nutrition, and motivate you to achieve your fitness needs. We utilize the concepts of functional training, periodization, balance and proprioception to maximize neuromuscular and cardiovascular development. The exercises involved are multi-joint and multi-planar in nature, thus allowing for a greater degree of carryover to real-life situations. |

Customized programs are developed based on the goals and/or limitations of each and every client. All sessions are 55 minutes in length. Participants may also choose to share their hour with up to two other people.
