ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Our friendly and knowledgeable personal training staff will guide you through vigorous workouts, monitor your nutrition, and motivate you to achieve your fitness needs. Customized programs are developed based on the goals and/or limitations of each and every client. All sessions are 55 minutes in length and include a warm-up segment, strength/cardio segment and a cool-down/stretching segment.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING (2-3 PERSON GROUPS)
Same as our one-on-one training except you are sharing the hour with 1-2 other people. Workouts can still be customized to your specific strengths/weaknesses. This is the most cost effective program we offer.
STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES
This is a one-hour public strength training class conducted by a certified fitness professional in one of our private, state-of-the-art studios. All sessions are 55 minutes in length and include a warm-up segment, strength/cardio segment and a cool-down/stretching segment. Walk-ins are welcome. Prior strength training experience is not required but is recommended.
Participants may choose to pay monthly for unlimited participation or by the class.

OUTDOOR ACCELERATED TRAINING
Outdoor Accelerated Training is your fitness solution. The Training Studio and CareFit are once again teaming up to bring you the “all over workout” that you deserve. No matter what your reasons are for not starting or maintaining a fitness program, OAT has the solution.
Outdoor Accelerated Training will allow you to reach those fitness goals that once seemed impossible. Participants will learn to safely push themselves into a new lifestyle of fitness – your new workout partners and friends provide painless accountability. Fears and safety are assured through the individual instruction and attention of certified fitness professionals in every class.
Outdoor Accelerated Training is a fast paced exercise program that is based on functional training. What is functional training?? Functional Training focuses on rhythmic movements that enhance the way an individual moves on a daily basis. There are 3 planes of motions in which an individual moves: Frontal, Sagittal, and Transverse. Whether you are standing, walking, running, jumping, bending, lunging, lifting, pushing, pulling, or reaching in a cabinet – there is movement within these planes. These motions require not just muscle strength; but coordination, range of motion, and speed of movement. OAT focuses on the following key areas:
• Balance and Proprioception
• Flexibility
• Muscle tone & development
• Increased cardiovascular capacity
The mission of Outdoor Accelerated Training is for participants to develop a more positive self-image by increased confidence and mental toughness. OAT improves all levels of fitness, reshapes body composition, and prevents injuries.
We will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 am until 6:00 am at The Training Studio (161 St. Matthews Ave, Suite 11)! You will have an opportunity to participate in two 60-minute classes for 4 weeks!
The next session will begin on Tuesday, April 13th and ends on Thursday May 6th. Space is limited and will be on a first come first served basis!
$25 per class or $160 for the entire 4 weeks.
