Trail Run this weekend

Time for a little change of pace. We are going to experiment with the group this weekend by doing a little off-road run/walk. It is an option to go off-road, not mandatory. The plan is to depart from TS promptly @ 7 and head towards Seneca Park. Those wishing to stay with traditional pathways can opt to do a couple of loops on the blacktop at the park and then head back to TS. That would be close to 6 miles. The others wishing to experiment on the trails will follow us to the west end of the park towards I-64 where we will introduce you to some trails.
We obviously will not have arrows or mile markers out for this run, so pay attention to your directions before we depart. Several TS representatives will be in hand to guide everyone into and more importantly back out of the trails. Plan for approximately 5-6 miles of excitement.
Don’t forget about the group picture next Saturday (12/5). Remember to tell all of your friends from the spring season to come join us.
