What: Week 5 of your journey to the OBX marathon

Where: The Training Studio (St. Matthews location)

When: Saturday, July 10th, sneakers on the pavement by 7:00am

Training Tip: Don’t neglect your hydration needs in this type of heat.  Never skip a water stop.  Some of you heavier sweaters might want to think about carrying extra water with you.
