What: Week 6 of your journey to the OBX marathon

Where: The Training Studio (St. Matthews location)

When: Saturday, July 17th, sneakers on the pavement by 7:00am

Training Tip: Use this “Base Building” portion of the training schedule to fine-tune your nutrition.  This is the perfect time to figure out what works with your digestion system and what doesn’t.  Our Nutrition coach, Todd, will be happy to give you some assistance in choosing the right products.
